Team Biographies
Christopher Boone
President & CEO
Christopher Boone founded AppCentral in 2004 and is the President and CEO. Prior to this position, he served as President & CEO of Cimbal Management Consulting where he worked as a technology and telecom expert advising law firms, technology companies and private equity firms. Prior to this, Mr. Boone was a director of business and corporate development with Excite@Home, working with the senior leadership team in negotiating its distribution agreements with cable and telecom customers. He has also served as an investment banker with JP Morgan's Structured Products Group in New York and was a corporate finance consultant with Price Waterhouse. He is a member of the Gerson Lehrman Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications council. Mr. Boone holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Costantino Lucisano
Chief Technology Officer
Costantino Lucisano is AppCentral's Chief Technology Officer and brings more than 14 years of experience and success in Information Technology, Embedded Systems and Electronic Design Automation to the company. Prior to joining AppCentral, Mr. Lucisano served as Director of Software Development at Acolyte Engineering and was the Application Architect for Banca Svizzera Italiana in Switzerland. He has also held positions with Integrated Systems Inc. and Cadence Design Systems. Mr. Lucisano holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from the University of Notre Dame and a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of Milan - Italy.
Alan Holdship
Vice President, Marketing
Alan Holdship is AppCentral's Vice President of Marketing, responsible for all aspects of the company's marketing including overall go-to-market strategy, brand development, program execution and accountability. Mr. Holdship brings over 25 years of national and international marketing expertise. Prior to joining AppCentral, he served as Vice President of Marketing for Micro Focus International helping Micro Focus regain its independence as a private company in 2001 and as a public company in 2004. Prior to this, Mr. Holdship held positions with Hewlett Packard Europe in Switzerland before continuing with HP in Silicon Valley with responsibility for marketing in Asia Pacific, Latin America and Canada. He has also held worldwide positions in Channel Development and Customer Support with SGI (Silicon Graphics) and HP.
